MessUp
Fail. Learn. Rise.
Let’s face it – not every journey, whether in business or life, ends in glory and glitter. Sometimes, it’s a mess of missteps, failures, and facepalms. But often, those are exactly the experiences that shape us the most.
In the spirit of FuckUp Nights, our MessUp Event creates a candid, judgment-free zone where vulnerability meets authenticity and true connection begins. Three courageous EO members will take the mic to share their most painful “What was I even thinking?!” moments – from business fails to personal breakdowns – raw, unfiltered, and real. Through their honesty, they’ll remind us: it’s not just success that unites us, but the tough lessons along the way.

Reach out to our fearless Event Chair, Wolfgang Lauterbach. He’ll walk you through everything you need to know, support you in shaping your story, and ensure you feel safe, seen, and celebrated on stage. This is your chance to turn a tough chapter into powerful connection and insight for the whole EO community.
